Exhibitor policies +
The AAR encourages radiology society activities that support research, education and the AAR’s overall academic mission.
Third-party merchandise sales
Exhibitors wishing to sell merchandise or educational materials at their booth during AAR meetings must submit a request to the AAR Executive Committee at least four (4) weeks prior to the meeting start date. The request should include a detailed description of items to be sold, including pricing and payment collection methods. The Executive Committee will review all requests to ensure materials are appropriate and relevant to AAR’s educational mission. Approved vendors must display their authorization at their booth, and AAR reserves the right to halt any unapproved sales activities.
